Marketing 101: Great Impact, Low Costs

 
For those of you who are published members of RWA, but may have missed this... Romance Sells, the RWA book guide sent to 6,800 booksellers and librarians in now offering ads in their summer publication. A full page ad is $195 and they
are now offering the option of a page on their website for an additional
$15. Low cost for big impact.

I've been doing some research on the benefits of paying for inclusion on
some of the sites such as NovelTalk or Writersspace, even the benefits of
placing an ad in the RWR and while the two websites do a fantastic job of targeting those readers who are willing to look for their presence on the web, and the RWR effectively targets only those who have membership in RWA, Romance sells targets the consumers by going through the sellers (or lenders, as is the case of Libraries). The only other publication I have seen that has this much impact is Romantic Times and their target tends to be direct to the consumer. By using Romance Sells you can deliver multiple copies of your books into the hands of sellers who will hand-sell your books to the masses.

And isn't this the dream of any successful writer?
